• About Brilliant: female-founded, bootstrapped and profitable company on a mission to provide the best corporate gifting experience.\n• What You’ll Do: Software integration, automation, technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, QA & support.\n• Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and scripts with Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, Marketo, Shopify, and more.\n• Maintain and monitor automated workflows using Tray.io, Zapier, or equivalent tools; ensure data accuracy and performance.\n• Produce clear documentation and living technical guides for clients and internal teams.\n• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to scope solutions and support deployments.\n• Validate solution quality through testing and monitoring integration health.
