- What You’ll Do: Software integration, automation, technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, QA & support.\n
- Build integrations via APIs, webhooks, and scripts with Salesforce, HubSpot, Workday, Marketo, Shopify, and more.\n
- Maintain and monitor automated workflows using Tray.io, Zapier, or equivalent tools; ensure data accuracy and performance.\n
- Produce clear documentation and living technical guides for clients and internal teams.\n
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to scope solutions and support deployments.\n
- Validate solution quality through testing and monitoring integration health.
Requirements
- 3+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical operations\n
- Proficient in JavaScript or Ruby (API integrations, scripting)\n
- Experienced with Tray.io, Zapier, or equivalent automation platforms\n
- Strong SQL skills for querying and data validation\n
- Excellent communication: able to distill tech concepts for both engineers and business users\n
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical documentation\n
- Passionate about systems-thinking, operational efficiency, and delivering measurable client value
