About the role
- Design and run onboarding for new AEs and AMs
- Build and maintain a content library reps will actually use
- Analyze win/loss data, call recordings, and pipeline trends
- Design and run ongoing enablement programming
- Partner with RevOps, Product, and Marketing
- Define and track the KPIs that demonstrate enablement impact
- Maintain and optimize enablement tools and systems
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a closely related role
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluency with CRM and enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, or similar)
- A data-driven mindset: you launch programs and measure whether they're working
- Strong problem-solving skills
