• Build and maintain relationships, generate new business, and grow a personal sales pipeline.
• Generate new business leveraging network to connect with luxury travelers, elite travel agencies, corporate clients, and international jet-setters.
• Cultivate and grow existing client relationships.
• Develop strategies, action plans, and KPIs to exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Lead immersive site inspections and property tours, showcasing homes with support from GEMs and the DOSM.
• Represent Lunara Bay at industry events and collaborate on luxury market campaigns.
• Monitor competition and market trends and partner with operations and guest services to ensure flawless client experiences.
• Travel to properties as needed to lead tours, host clients, and represent the brand in person.
