Application Engineer

• Technical escalation point supporting global customers for Tier 2 & 3 issues on a Java SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams (QA, Developers, DevOps, Security) to resolve issues.
• Write complex SQL queries, create reports, troubleshoot data issues, and provide reporting requirements to internal teams.
• Take ownership of application support tickets from troubleshooting through resolution and prioritize effectively.
• Provide guidance to App Support team members on complex issues.
• Proactively suggest and drive improvements in processes, tools, and best practices.
• Occasional out-of-hours and federal holiday rotation work; no current on-call requirement though expected in future.
