Performance Marketing

• Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
• Build and optimize campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, audiences, and offers
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• Set up and validate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team on creative strategy
• Identify scaling opportunities and continuously improve campaign efficiency
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
