About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Build and optimize campaign structures, audiences, bidding strategies, and keyword targeting
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, audiences, and offers
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Set up and validate conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Collaborate with designers and the marketing team on creative strategy
- Identify scaling opportunities and continuously improve campaign efficiency
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing lead generation and performance campaigns
- Solid understanding of: campaign optimization, attribution, conversion funnels, customer journey
- Experience with: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) conversion tracking setup
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with keyword research, search terms analysis, and negative keywords
- Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and analysis
- English level: Intermediate+ or higher
