About the role
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct market research and analyse target audience to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, target metrics, and success criteria.
- Develop compelling campaign concepts, messaging, and creative assets in coordination with the creative team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, print, events).
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimize strategies to ensure campaign success.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including emails, websites, landing pages, social media, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing collateral, such as brochures, banners, videos, and infographics.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and capture potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with lead nurturing and conversion goals.
- Utilise marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track leads, measure conversions, and optimise campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone of voice across all campaign materials and touch points.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to enhance brand positioning and differentiate the organisation's offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness, identify learnings, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing software (e.g. HubSpot), and digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
