About the role

  • - Lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion

  • - Champion product knowledge across the sales function, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base
  • - Contribute to sales forecasting, territory planning, and go-to-market strategy development
  • - Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices to elevate team performance

Requirements

  • - 5+ years' experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets in a senior capacity
  • - Demonstrated success in managing high-value accounts and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • - Deep understanding of digital accountancy technology, SaaS business models, AI developments and industry developments
  • - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities
  • - Proven ability to build trusted relationships and engage effectively with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives
  • - Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
  • - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
  • - Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to command attention in high-stakes situations
  • - Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • - Established network within the accountancy or professional services sector is highly desirable
