About the role

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies
  • Generate new ideas to increase sales and create leads.
  • Liaise with customers to maintain a high quality of customer service
  • Contact existing and potential customers via telephone to present and market Bright’s software in order to maximise sales
  • May be required to attend events and exhibitions on behalf of Bright
  • Ensure KPI’s are achieved on a weekly basis, providing streamlined updates on your progress to your Team Lead
  • Stay up to date on product releases identifying potential for cross selling to our existing customer base.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar sales role.
  • Proven success of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and sales metrics
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Effective networker with the ability to build and maintain relationships in B2B environment area.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven to achieve & exceed targets.
  • Hungry to succeed with a customer and product centric focus.
  • Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-moving company with a bias for action.
  • Interest in digital accountancy technology, business drivers and emerging trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience CRM management and reporting preparation.
  • Previous experience/network in accountancy solution sales in an advantage.
