Senior Platform Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across our backend and infrastructure stack
• Take full ownership of small-to-medium projects or features end-to-end from design through deployment
• Independently design and implement solutions to moderately complex engineering problems
• Accurately estimate and prioritize tasks within sprint and quarterly planning cycles
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to peers
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges before they become blockers
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing, reviews, and technical guidance
• Clearly communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, hardware engineers, and operations
• Actively participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and team decision-making
• Contribute to improving team processes, development workflows, and engineering standards
• May lead small cross-functional projects or initiatives as technical lead

Senior Software Engineer – Manufacturing Execution Systems, MES

Account Executive

• Lead complex, consultative, high-value ($20M+) AI infrastructure sales opportunities involving advanced manufacturing, automation, robotics, and technology service solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire, expand, and retain business with enterprise technology customers.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large technology companies, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, semiconductor companies, and data center operators.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through a combination of new logo acquisition, account expansion, and long-term customer development.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, product, and operations teams to develop compelling customer solutions and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contract terms while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity within CRM systems.
• Represent Bright Machines at industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and executive briefings.
• Gather market intel and customer feedback to inform product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers navigating manufacturing transformation, automation adoption, AI infrastructure deployment, and supply chain optimization.
• Travel up to 40% as required
