Account Executive

• Lead complex, consultative, high-value ($20M+) AI infrastructure sales opportunities involving advanced manufacturing, automation, robotics, and technology service solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire, expand, and retain business with enterprise technology customers.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with large technology companies, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, semiconductor companies, and data center operators.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through a combination of new logo acquisition, account expansion, and long-term customer development.
• Collaborate with technical, engineering, product, and operations teams to develop compelling customer solutions and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contract terms while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and sales activity within CRM systems.
• Represent Bright Machines at industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and executive briefings.
• Gather market intel and customer feedback to inform product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers navigating manufacturing transformation, automation adoption, AI infrastructure deployment, and supply chain optimization.
• Travel up to 40% as required

Technical Program Manager

• Own the full program lifecycle for Bright Machines’ next-generation manufacturing platform—from concept and design through validation, release, and customer deployment.
• Partner closely with hardware (mechanical, electrical, robotics, motion, safety), systems, and software teams to deliver scalable, production-ready automation systems.
• Lead cross-functional planning for major platform features and hardware releases. Define scope, timelines, milestones, cost targets, and system requirements.
• Bring clarity to system architecture, integration, and validation plans.
• Think at the system level. Identify dependencies across mechanical design, controls, embedded systems, robotics, and manufacturing. Ensure hardware, firmware, and software are aligned and validated early.
• Drive disciplined hardware development processes, including requirements definition and traceability, architecture and design reviews, prototype builds, validation planning, and system-level testing.
• Provide clear updates to leadership on program health, risks, budget, and schedule. Highlight trade-offs and drive decisions quickly.
• Deliver milestones on time and within budget. Escalate issues early and remove blockers to keep momentum strong.
• Help build scalable program management processes that improve predictability, quality, and cross-team alignment as the platform grows.
• Bring structure and urgency without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Travel: Up to 25%, primarily during late-stage builds, supplier work, and customer validation.

Senior Technical Program Manager

Full-stack Engineer

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across our backend and infrastructure stack
• Take full ownership of small-to-medium projects or features end-to-end from design through deployment
• Independently design and implement solutions to moderately complex engineering problems
• Accurately estimate and prioritize tasks within sprint and quarterly planning cycles
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to peers
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges before they become blockers
• Mentor junior engineers through pairing, reviews, and technical guidance
• Clearly communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, hardware engineers, and operations
• Actively participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and team decision-making
• Contribute to improving team processes, development workflows, and engineering standards
• May lead small cross-functional projects or initiatives as technical lead

Software Engineer – Automation Applications

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure, applications, and tooling, with a focus on our ML/AI pipelines and workloads
• Write clean, maintainable code, and perform peer code-reviews
• Write clear and concise documentation and engage in cross-team communication and knowledge sharing
• Work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility
• Pair with adjacent teams to understand how your frameworks and infrastructure are actually used in the field, continuously improving them and leveraging recent advances to improve developer velocity

Senior Platform/MLOps Engineer

Robotics

• Help design, develop and deploy software components that help realize Bright Machines vision of Software Defined Manufacturing
• Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop reliable and scalable frameworks and infrastructure
• Write clean, maintainable code, and perform peer code-reviews
• Create unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure we are continually shipping code to production
• Work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules
• Pair with adjacent teams to understand how your frameworks and infrastructure are actually used in the field, providing tier 3 remote support for production systems, continuously improving them and leveraging recent advances to improve developer velocity

• Help the Product team with different parts of the Bright Machines automation software stack
• Provide Market Research support on various topics that are top of mind for the Product team
• Help define the product roadmap and assist with discussions with both internal and external stakeholders, partners and customers
