About the role
- Responsible for various accounting operations, ensuring high quality of performed tasks
- Supporting invoice-to-cash related queries
- Cash allocation
- Credit & debit notes processing
- Resolving unallocated cash items
- Customer accounts reconciliation
- Preparation of various reports and their analysis
- Ensuring high quality of performed tasks
- Process improvements
- Participation in internal projects
- Compliance with internal controls and J-SOX rules
Requirements
- Relevant secondary education (or post-secondary accounting training)
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of SAP ERP package is a plus
- Good MS Office skills
- Very good knowledge of English; additional European language is an asset
- High level of customer service and very good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Analytical skills.
