Account Manager

• Manage and develop relationships with the German OE account across all levels (purchasing, quality, supply chain, marketing, and executive management).
• Lead quotation processes, price negotiations, and product presentations for OE customers.
• Coordinate all information related to ongoing and new projects between internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure achievement of budget targets, product availability, and customer service levels, including corrective actions when needed.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting on sales, forecasts, and market share performance.
• Drive effective communication and information flow across all involved internal teams and global counterparts.
• Identify new business opportunities and inform management for further evaluation and action.
• Analyze vehicle/platform programs and anticipate future customer needs, including sustainability and technology trends (e.g., RFID).
• Act as European coordination lead for global account activities, ensuring alignment across regions and maximizing OE end-to-end business opportunities.
