About the role
- The Executive Manager – SADC Markets is responsible for leading the Sales function in Bridgestone’s entity in SADC.
- Managing the sales strategy, executing annual, bi-annual and quarterly sales plans.
- Coordinating with pricing for correct strategies based on market dynamics.
- Delivering required financials in the annual budget and the company’s strategy.
- Accountable for P&L of the geographic area.
- Engaging with stakeholders and establishing good relationships with dealers and wholesalers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Relevant industry/professional certifications (advantage)
- 8–10 years relevant experience
- Experience in fast-paced, matrix, multinational environments
- Tyre industry experience (essential)
- Africa market exposure (advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Additional regional languages (advantage)
