About the role

  • The Executive Manager – SADC Markets is responsible for leading the Sales function in Bridgestone’s entity in SADC.
  • Managing the sales strategy, executing annual, bi-annual and quarterly sales plans.
  • Coordinating with pricing for correct strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Delivering required financials in the annual budget and the company’s strategy.
  • Accountable for P&L of the geographic area.
  • Engaging with stakeholders and establishing good relationships with dealers and wholesalers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Relevant industry/professional certifications (advantage)
  • 8–10 years relevant experience
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrix, multinational environments
  • Tyre industry experience (essential)
  • Africa market exposure (advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Additional regional languages (advantage)
