• Provide a high level of service to all of our business units with focus on:
• Speed of Service, turning work around in a timely manner
• Creating a High-Quality work product
• Being Highly Responsive to internal customers
• Process and record deal data, timely and accurately
• Compiles and distributes regular recurring reports for weekly update meetings Produces presentation materials with direction from management and/or team leads Maintains consistency with various company form documents
• Research lease agreements and tenant data to generate summary reports
• Maintains tenant design criteria manuals for each assigned property
