• Manage a dual accounting P2P (Procure to Pay) hub: For merchant purchases, lead and coordinate a team of around ten accounts payable accountants.
• For non-merchant purchases (transport, maintenance, merchandising, digital, marketing, web, etc.), develop and grow a team of six accountants.
• Lead P2P projects: Support the rollout of the e‑invoicing reform (e‑Invoicing) across P2P flows.
• Improve P2P processes for both merchant and non‑merchant purchases with a focus on internal control and the quality of our financial relationships with supplier partners.
