About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a dual accounting P2P (Procure to Pay) hub: For merchant purchases, lead and coordinate a team of around ten accounts payable accountants.
For non-merchant purchases (transport, maintenance, merchandising, digital, marketing, web, etc.), develop and grow a team of six accountants.
Lead P2P projects: Support the rollout of the e‑invoicing reform (e‑Invoicing) across P2P flows.
Improve P2P processes for both merchant and non‑merchant purchases with a focus on internal control and the quality of our financial relationships with supplier partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a Master’s degree or have graduated from a business school.
You have proven experience managing accounting teams, ideally within a retail organization, and are recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal values.
Experience contributing to digitization projects and/or knowledge of SAP FI S/4Hana are clear advantages.
A minimum level of English is required to interact effectively with your peers across Adeo companies.
