About the role
- Responsible for acquiring and expanding new customer relationships
- Significant autonomy in the sales process and true ownership
- Conducting demanding, consultative sales conversations around complex SaaS solutions

- Independently managing the entire sales cycle (Lead → Closing)
- Analyzing customer requirements and developing tailored solution and proposal concepts
- Delivering presentations, product demos, and decision-making meetings at management level
- Negotiating proposals, pricing, and contracts
- Close collaboration with product management, marketing, and other departments
- Documenting and maintaining all sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of software or SaaS solutions (project and/or license business)
- Confident, professional demeanor when engaging with decision-makers and executives
- Structured, goal- and closing-oriented working style
- High self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and strong negotiation skills
- Experience with modern sales methodologies and CRM systems
- Excellent German (C2 level) & business-fluent English
- Remote mindset and ability to travel by ICE (high-speed train) — ideally based in the Stuttgart, Rhine-Neckar, Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Münster, Osnabrück, or Hamburg area
