About the role
- Manage and further develop existing B2B SaaS customers
- Build and maintain long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
- Identify expansion, upselling, and growth opportunities
- Coordinate contract renewals and extensions of proposals and services
- Regularly communicate with customers about usage, requirements, and product developments
- Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product Management
- Maintain and document all customer-relevant information in the CRM system
Requirements
- Experience in account management or in supporting B2B SaaS customers
- Strong understanding of customer needs, business processes, and digital solutions
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at various organizational levels
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Ability to strategically develop customer relationships
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
