About the role

  • Planning, controlling and coordinating parallel e-commerce and SaaS projects
  • Maintaining roadmaps and project plans and continuously aligning priorities
  • Transparent management of topics such as features, support requests, integrations and product initiatives
  • Close collaboration with the Product Owner and development team to make optimal use of available capacity
  • Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding plan changes or new requirements
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring clear project and status reporting
  • Improving processes, workflows and metrics to increase predictability and planning reliability

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, SaaS or agency environments
  • Confident use of Jira and Confluence and a strong sense for effective project and reporting structures
  • Experience with agile ways of working and a preference for pragmatic solutions
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a good sense of priorities
  • Independent, structured working style and a drive to actively push things forward
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Certifications are not required — practical experience and a commitment to delivering projects successfully are more important
