About the role

  • The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—with a focus on high-value inbound leads.
  • This includes scheduling and leading product demos, articulating the value of Brevo’s solutions, and negotiating and closing deals.
  • The AE engages deeply with prospects, conducts discovery to understand client needs, and tailors solutions accordingly.
  • The role lies in the Pro team which corresponds to our SMB segment (high velocity sales).
  • In this role, success is driven by the ability to build strong relationships, efficiently manage your inbound leads and pipeline, moving fast in your sales cycle, multi-thread across key stakeholders, and deliver compelling, customized pitches.
  • The AE collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams while maintaining a deep understanding of Brevo’s platform, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience min as Account Executive in Tech/SaaS environment
  • Experience working with Sales targets and carrying individual quota
  • Past experience in a CRM company preferred
  • Past experience in short sales cycles (15-30 days) preferred
  • Experience working with a CRM and pipeline system
  • Experience working with Sales Methodologies (like BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN, SPICED)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong business acumen (understanding of how our clients make money)
  • Strong communications skills
  • French native/bilingual level
  • English native/bilingual level
