About the role

  • Assist local accountants with day-to-day accounting tasks
  • Manage the full Accounts Payable process for our French entities, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and VAT controls
  • Actively participate in the monthly closing process, with a focus on AP and fixed assets
  • Contribute to defining and optimizing processes within the Finance/Accounting department
  • Help draft accounting procedures and improve financial documentation
  • Support alignment of accounting practices between entities regarding standards, processes, and tools
  • Document and update local and Group internal control procedures

Requirements

  • Pursuing an M1 or M2 degree in Finance / Accounting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical and synthesis abilities
  • Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills for working in a collaborative, international environment
  • Knowledge of NetSuite or Pivot is a plus, and eagerness to learn and test new tools
  • Fluent in French and English
