About the role
- Prospect and Close: Identify and secure new accounts within single-specialty ophthalmology practices.
- Leverage Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of ophthalmology and healthcare to consultatively address client challenges and motivations.
- Launch Initiatives: Design and execute innovative strategies to expand Brevium’s presence in the ophthalmology market.
- Conduct Demos: Lead online and occasional in-person demonstrations, providing compelling insights into Brevium’s economic and clinical impact.
- Build Relationships: Develop trust and rapport with decision-makers, establishing Brevium as a trusted partner.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the process from outreach to close, maintaining detailed records in Salesforce to track progress and results. Average sales cycle length is 6 months.
Requirements
- Healthcare Knowledge: At least 2+ years of sales experience in healthcare.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive sales efforts proactively.
- Trailblazer Mentality: A history of breaking new ground and driving innovation.
- Ophthalmology Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of ophthalmology practice operations, challenges, and motivators preferred.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and drive value-based sales conversations.
- Detail-Oriented Approach: Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and skilled in tracking and analyzing data.
- Bachelor’s degree (any major).
- Proficiency with AI. Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
