About the role
- Responsible for nationwide business development across the corporate, long-stay and group segments
- Build strong, resilient customer relationships
- Actively drive B2B business with ownership and a growth mindset
- Conduct cold outreach and prospecting with structure and creativity
- Identify decision-makers and approach them directly
- Lead negotiations with clarity and confidence
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing
- Analyze performance and derive concrete actions
- Drive sales automation and create scalable processes
- Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM
Requirements
- True passion for sales — and the ambition to achieve more than just your targets
- Strong in outreach and cold calling
- Ideally an existing network in the corporate/business sector
- Personal, hands-on approach to customer contact
- Self-directed, organized and highly driven
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sales experience — preferably in hospitality, serviced apartments, tourism or B2B environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an eye for opportunities
- Good knowledge of digital tools
- Fluent in German and English
