• Brand strategy & positioning
• Development and evolution of our brand identity
• Ensure a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints
• Translate brand values into visual and content concepts

• Design content assets: images, video, copy — for website, newsletters, social media, print, and trade shows
• Independently produce product and brand videos
• Organize photoshoots and brief external service providers
• Website design in collaboration with the team
• Create SEO-optimized content and contribute to conversion optimization with the team
• Tracking, analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc., in collaboration with the team
• Social media & campaign management
• Plan, create and publish organic social content
• Develop and implement paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, and where applicable LinkedIn or YouTube)
• Build and maintain community
• Design catalogs, flyers, roll-ups, and other print materials
• Support the conception and execution of trade show appearances

• Eigenständige Produktion von Produkt- und Imagevideos
• Organisation von Fotoshootings, Briefing von externen Dienstleistern
• Website Gestaltung unserer Websites im Team
• Erstellung suchmaschinenoptimierter Inhalte (SEO), Conversion-Optimierung im Team
• Tracking, Analyse und Reporting mithilfe von Tools wie Google Analytics, Search Console o. ä. im Team
• Social Media & Kampagnenmanagement Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von organischem Social Content
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Paid-Social-Kampagnen (Meta Ads, ggf. LinkedIn oder YouTube)
• Community-Aufbau und -Pflege
• Print & Messeauftritte Gestaltung von Katalogen, Flyern, Roll-ups & Co.
• Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Messeauftritten
