About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning, managing and optimizing Meta campaigns
- Developing and testing new creatives, hooks and ad approaches
- Building and developing retargeting and funnel structures
- Developing and improving marketing flows
- Optimizing landing pages and conversion processes
- Managing agencies, freelancers and external partners
- Analyzing target audiences, purchase motivations and competitors
- Supporting Google Ads and other performance channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing
- Proven experience independently managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience building campaigns, with budget responsibility and commercial evaluation of results
- Experience setting up automations, flows and retargeting structures
- Understanding of funnels, customer journeys and conversion optimization
- Ability to clearly brief external service providers, agencies or freelancers and critically evaluate results
- Independent and structured working style
- Understanding of profitability, processes and commercial/financial relationships
