About the role

  • Help with the preparation for board meetings, investor reporting, and internal OKR tracking to ensure the team remains united in pursuing shared objectives.
  • Design and execute internal processes across HR, finance, and administration to support a rapidly growing team.
  • Support the CEO in preparing for the next fundraise and identifying/securing non-dilutive financing opportunities.
  • Oversee the hiring and onboarding process to continue assembling an exceptional team of top-tier players.
  • Tackle "everything and anything", from procurement and lab logistics to securing IP protection for research innovations.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a top-tier engineering or business school.
  • Proven record of innovative and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operational management or strategy consulting.
  • Project management experience with a track record of delivering on time while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • English: Professional working proficiency.
  • Experience working in startup environments or Venture Capital.
  • A background in Biology or Bioengineering (or a deep curiosity for biotechnology).
  • French Professional working proficiency
  • Experience with non-dilutive funding and grant writing.
