Engineer

• Own the physical realization of PIC-based sensing probes — from PIC packaging through chip module characterization and supplier coordination.
• Collaborate closely with our photonics and applications engineers and share optical testing responsibilities with the team.
• PIC packaging: fibre-to-chip coupling, thermal and glue considerations.
• Optical component sourcing and qualification (fibers, filters, isolators, laser sources).
• Troubleshoot optical system issues: coupling, polarization, alignment, signal noise.
• Own assembly protocols and process documentation; keep records current in internal tracking systems.
• Characterize chips and perform quality checks before and after packaging.
• Develop packaging process alongside packaging partners and in-house to optimize repeatability and yield.
• Coordinate packaging runs and assembly workflows with external subcontractors.
• Act as the primary technical contact with packaging subcontractors and component suppliers.
• Define technical requirements, review proposals, and manage incoming component validation.
• Manage procurement, timelines, and supplier documentation.
• Build and maintain assembly protocols; ensure documentation is complete and traceable after each run.
• Support cross-functional debugging by maintaining clear records of what changed between runs.

• Own Entalpic’s external communications: editorial calendar, blog posts, LinkedIn presence, press mentions, conference materials and client case studies; with a consistent voice across all channels
• Translate complex science into compelling stories, in close collaboration with our scientific team
• Manage Entalpic's conference and events presence: selection, preparation and follow-up
• Conduct market and competitive analyses across our target verticals (semiconductors, catalysis, energy storage)
• Run go-to-market studies to identify segments, personas, and routes to market
• Own acquisition campaigns end-to-end: audience targeting, messaging, channel execution (Linkedin, email, events), and performance tracking
• Build and operate outbound sequences and pipeline workflows in coordination with the business team
• Support positioning and long-term market strategy in collaboration with leadership
• Build and iterate on our marketing operating system: the tools, workflows, and agents that power how we work
• Deploy AI tools (LLM agents, automation pipelines, research assistants) to accelerate competitive monitoring, content production, and market research
• Experiment, document learnings, and share what works with the team
