• Undertake gap analysis to identify and shape the technical resource required to support the business
• Take ownership of FPC control systems—monitoring performance, identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
• Review KPIs regularly to ensure targets are achieved, identifying and driving corrective actions where needed
• Work closely with local teams to identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance product value
• Investigate and escalate internal material and product issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Provide technical advice, guidance and training to sales and production teams
• Interpret incoming specifications and ensure all testing requirements and frequencies are met
• Support internal and external audits, maintaining strong quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues, manage complaints and deliver practical, customer-focused solutions
