• Create and experiment with organic content for Bree’s Instagram and TikTok
• Research competitor ads, viral formats, and emerging content trends
• Develop and pitch new creative concepts and storytelling formats
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategy team to test hooks, formats, and messaging
• Quickly film and deliver raw footage or lightly edited cuts
• Help build and evolve Bree’s organic social presence

Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines, ensuring efficiency in training, validation, and inference.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML models, model versioning, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
• Optimize ML models using feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and scalable inference techniques.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, leveraging Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for efficient data manipulation.
• Apply machine learning design patterns to build modular, reusable, and production-ready models.
• Collaborate with data engineers to develop high-performance data pipelines for training and inference.
• Deploy and manage models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Maintain model performance by implementing continuous monitoring, bias detection, and explainability techniques.

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions that ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of data-intensive systems.
• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate technical debt by refactoring code and improving system architecture for long-term efficiency and performance.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and capacity planning.
• Implement and enforce best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Pulumi, Terraform, or AWS CloudFormation to achieve consistent and automated deployments.
