About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shoot 3 UGC-style ad concepts per week for paid campaigns
- Film short-form video content for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels
- Create and experiment with organic content for Bree’s Instagram and TikTok
- Research competitor ads, viral formats, and emerging content trends
- Develop and pitch new creative concepts and storytelling formats
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategy team to test hooks, formats, and messaging
- Quickly film and deliver raw footage or lightly edited cuts
- Help build and evolve Bree’s organic social presence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Obsessed with content and viral internet culture
- Strong understanding of TikTok / Reels content playbooks
- Comfortable filming yourself on camera
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to craft engaging narratives quickly
- High agency, you take ownership and move quickly without waiting for direction
- Strategic thinker who understands how creative drives growth
- Experience with short-form editing tools (CapCut, TikTok editor, etc.)
- Organized and reliable with weekly deliverables
