About the role
- Ensure accurate reporting by working closely with the National Director to provide regular updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Actively monitor the campaign dashboards and work closely with Global Development teams to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with the National Director on gathering, analyzing, and reporting data related to campaign priorities and projects as needed
- Develop presentations in MS PowerPoint for internal and external audiences that align with campaign and brand standards
- Collaborate with the National Director of Strategic Philanthropic Initiatives to implement campaign strategies and activities
- Manage all logistics related to the campaign
- Assist with managing all elements and initiatives for the campaign's public launch
- Coordinate follow-up items with cross-functional teams involved in the Public Phase Task Force meetings
- Coordinate deliverables for the public phase preparation with both internal teams and external vendors as necessary
- Coordinate logistics for Campaign Cabinet meetings
- Provide support for the planning and logistics of campaign-related groups or task forces
Requirements
- 5 years of work experience including 2 years in comprehensive or capital campaign management
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management (CRM) tool
- Expertise in developing and preparing presentations, reports, and business correspondence
- Ability to identify and establish key objectives and work in a timely and efficient manner
- Excellent project management skills

- College degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in non-profit and/or campaign preferred.
