Technical Account Manager

• Own the post-sale technical relationship across LATAM from onboarding through renewal
• Onboard enterprise customers, drive adoption, prove value early, and embed the platform into customer workflows
• Conduct structured, frequent account-health reviews and identify at-risk accounts
• Own renewals across LATAM and identify expansion opportunities
• Serve as the complex-issues point of contact across Portuguese, Spanish, and English
• Develop deep product and platform fluency to advise customers on technical advantages, architecture, and implementation
• Turn regional customer feedback into clear product and go-to-market input

• Own and continuously refine the firm's proprietary risk system and build checks and balances against founder-led, opportunistic decision-making
• Design and run a technology-enabled, compliance-forward operating engine
• Support governance across the shareholder pool, internal processes, and investment vehicles
• Own capital calls, distributions, fund-level reporting, liquidity, and banking relationships
• Ensure operations meet Colombian financial regulatory standards and cross-border institutional investor expectations
• Work closely with the Tech Leader to champion AI-driven automation of investment and management processes
• Serve as an operational counterpart for institutional LPs during due diligence and ongoing reporting
• Help scale a small, high-trust, low-turnover team
