About the role
- Support the Sponsor Marketing Manager in executing contracted sponsorship marketing deliverables across digital, social, and creative channels
- Schedule recurring brand calls, maintain call notes, agenda, and recaps
- Assist in implementing sponsor marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and influencer integrations
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, PR and Sales teams to ensure seamless sponsor integration of Marketing deliverables
- Track sponsorship deliverables, timelines, approvals, and assets to ensure flawless fulfillment
- Serve as a day-to-day support for the Sponsor Marketing Manager and assist with partner communications
- Coordinate sponsor asset development by managing requests, collecting materials, and routing deliverables (social posts, digital ads, email placements, logo inclusion, website, etc.)
- Develop, maintain, and update sponsor documentation and tracking grids, including workback schedules, timelines, call notes, and communications plans
- Support sponsorship fulfillment reporting efforts by gathering performance metrics, screenshots, links, and post-event data
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship assets and deliverables, and provide regular updates to the Sponsor Marketing Manager
- Monitor marketing, content, and industry trends to help generate fresh ideas for sponsor integration and activation
- Assist with on-site Sponsor activations and partnerships at select festivals, as needed
- Represent Breakaway professionally in all internal and partner-facing interactions
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sponsorship marketing, brand partnerships, experiential marketing, marketing coordination, or live event marketing
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and partner deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar)
- Willingness to travel to select festivals annually and work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, event days)
