About the role

  • Leading the team. You'll manage advertising strategists through their day-to-day work while helping them level up their skills.
  • Running campaigns. You'll act as project manager for several assigned high-stakes clients.
  • Setting standards. You'll make sure our advertising work is consistently excellent across all clients.
  • Pushing innovation. You'll use your expertise in persuasion and performance advertising to keep Break Something at the front of the pack.

Requirements

  • Highly creative, with a proven ability to build performance-driven campaigns that engage target audiences and hit KPIs
  • Deep platform expertise across Meta, Google Ads, and at least one DSP or other programmatic/managed service vendor
  • Strong comfort with marketing research and statistical analysis to inform strategy and optimize performance
  • Experience building, managing, and optimizing media budgets across channels
  • Demonstrated people-management experience, balancing hands-on execution with strategic leadership
  • Self-motivated, client-focused, and solution-oriented, with a bias toward action and ownership
  • Proactive problem solver who identifies issues early and pursues opportunities aggressively
  • Expert in persuasion advertising, performance advertising, or ideally both
  • Deep understanding of what drives campaign success and the ability to teach and mentor others to run effective campaigns
