• Articulating your vision for the digital program to the client in full, producing results, and functioning as the client lead, keeping the client updated on our progress
• Working with teams to develop and implement fundraising and engagement campaigns
• Managing content calendars and writing the majority of email, SMS/MMS, and direct-to-donate advertisement content, with production support

• Own day-to-day project management for 1–2 major client accounts across creative, media, and production workstreams
• Manage multiple approval chains — tracking feedback, routing revisions, and documenting final sign-offs
• Coordinate with our digital ads team on ad placements, specs, trafficking timelines, and launch readiness
• Oversee ad sequencing schedules (what runs when, where, and in what order) and ensure the correct versions go live
• Maintain clean systems for file organization, naming conventions, version control, and asset delivery
• Help coordinate ad shoots (scheduling, stakeholders, shot lists, deliverables) and keep post-production timelines on track
• Run status check-ins, flag risks early, and keep teams aligned on deadlines and next steps
