💰 A$150,000 - A$180,000 per year

About the role

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through close.
  • Be able to run an efficient sales demonstration including the technical fit.
  • Build and develop a strong pipeline.
  • Represent Breadcrumb in market - networking, industry events and client site meetings.
  • Close deals typically ranging from $5k–$30k ARR.
  • Engage and influence multiple stakeholders, from project teams to C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs on outbound strategy and inbound qualification.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure strong customer outcomes and expansion opportunities.
  • Spend time in the field meeting customers and prospects in person.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Account Executive experience
  • Helpful, but not essential to have either Contech or construction industry background
  • Proficiency with our key sales tools - Hubspot, Lusha, Fathom
  • Experience closing deals in the $5-40K range
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, not just work inbound leads
  • Comfortable selling to a wide range of stakeholders, from operators to executive leadership
  • Experience working closely with Customer Success and Product teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong curiosity and ownership mentality
  • Ability to be technical in conversations and pull in the right internal resources when needed
  • Willingness to travel and conduct business in person.
