About the role
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation through close.
- Be able to run an efficient sales demonstration including the technical fit.
- Build and develop a strong pipeline.
- Represent Breadcrumb in market - networking, industry events and client site meetings.
- Close deals typically ranging from $5k–$30k ARR.
- Engage and influence multiple stakeholders, from project teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate closely with BDRs on outbound strategy and inbound qualification.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure strong customer outcomes and expansion opportunities.
- Spend time in the field meeting customers and prospects in person.
- Provide feedback from the market to help shape product direction and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Account Executive experience
- Helpful, but not essential to have either Contech or construction industry background
- Proficiency with our key sales tools - Hubspot, Lusha, Fathom
- Experience closing deals in the $5-40K range
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, not just work inbound leads
- Comfortable selling to a wide range of stakeholders, from operators to executive leadership
- Experience working closely with Customer Success and Product teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong curiosity and ownership mentality
- Ability to be technical in conversations and pull in the right internal resources when needed
- Willingness to travel and conduct business in person.
