About the role
- Develop and execute a product strategy that supports international growth and market expansion.
- Partner with the Chief Product Officer to shape the broader product roadmap and strategic direction.
- Identify and prioritise product opportunities that unlock growth in new markets.
- Ensure the product evolves to support localisation and market-specific needs.
- Spend time directly with customers and prospects across international markets to understand their day-to-day operational challenges.
- Translate real-world construction workflows and pain points into meaningful product improvements.
- Champion customer adoption to ensure users derive maximum value from the platform.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to support key deals, drive adoption, and reduce churn.
- Collect and synthesise product feedback from commercial teams operating in growth markets.
- Advocate for product priorities across the organisation to ensure the right resources are aligned to global goals.
- Help build and nurture a strong product culture where teams take pride in the platform and the impact it delivers.
- Mentor Product Managers and contribute to building product frameworks, practices, and ways of working.
- Partner with the Innovation team on initiatives that will accelerate the company’s growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in Product Management, with strong experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience scaling products in high-growth companies and supporting international market expansion.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to product discovery and customer engagement.
- Experience partnering closely with executive leadership and influencing product direction.
- Ability to balance commercial opportunity, localisation needs, and platform scalability when prioritising roadmaps.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills when aligning stakeholders and influencing decisions.
- Experience with enterprise customers and complex sales cycles is highly valuable.
- Exposure to North American market dynamics and/or operational industries such as construction, infrastructure, or industrial tech is highly desirable.
