About the role

  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Organize and maintain the filing/storage of accounting documents.
  • Reconcile other accounts payable.
  • Reconcile advances.
  • Classify all documentation for accounting purposes according to the chart of accounts.
  • Prepare and issue accounting reports.
  • Respond to requests and provide support to Analysts.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level).
  • Previous experience in accounting is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of account classification and the chart of accounts is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of bank and account reconciliations.
  • Organized and detail-oriented for document control and filing.
  • Ability to follow routines and procedures and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills to support internal requests and assist Analysts.
