About the role
- Be the client's first point of contact with the company;
- Identify and attract new clients;
- Facilitate communication between client requests and internal teams;
- Understand the client's business to optimize demands;
- Deliver what the client needs, resolving their issues with personalized solutions;
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs;
- Build strong commercial relationships with clients in your assigned portfolio and region;
- Communicate the benefits of the company's products/services to clients in terms of management and operations;
- Monitor the evolution of clients' businesses and the solutions launched by the company;
- Develop market initiatives targeted at clients;
- Close proposals
Requirements
- Knowledge of Telecommunications (ISP market): IP Transit, DDoS mitigation, L2L (Layer 2 links), Internet Exchange Points (IXPs/PTTs).
- Experience in sales prospecting and account/portfolio management.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Valid driver's license required (CNH).
- Willingness to travel.
