About the role

  • Act as the client’s primary point of contact with the company;
  • Identify and attract new clients;
  • Facilitate communication between client requests and internal teams;
  • Understand the client’s business to optimize requirements;
  • Develop tailored solutions that address the client’s needs and resolve their issues;
  • Create customized solutions to meet customers’ specific needs;
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients in your portfolio and region;
  • Communicate the benefits of products/services to clients in terms of management and operational impact;
  • Monitor the progress of client engagements and solutions deployed by the company;
  • Develop market initiatives targeted at clients;

Requirements

  • Previous experience in corporate sales roles;
  • MBA/graduate degree, specialization, or technical training in Telecommunications/IT or Business Management is desirable;
  • Preferred experience in telecommunications and technology companies, with exposure to selling infrastructure services, cloud, cybersecurity and/or other related services and products;
  • Availability to travel;
  • Valid driver’s license (category B) required.
