About the role

  • Manage client portfolios, developing and implementing strategies for account plans.
  • Drive new business and grow billing and revenue.
  • Act in a consultative manner, visiting clients to identify business opportunities and improvements.
  • Track project progress and interface with internal teams.
  • Improve customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Keep management reports up to date and ensure achievement of the portfolio's sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage active contracts, including renewals, amendments, and expirations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and solutions for clients.
  • Analyze the market and monitor the development of clients' industry segments.
  • Manage service requests, including account analysis and post-sales support.
  • Visit clients on-site, ensuring an excellent experience and building long-term relationships, including interaction with senior executives (C-level).
  • Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction and the client experience with our services.
  • Work on recovery of at-risk accounts (CAR) and monitor the sales funnel and related KPIs such as visits, pipeline, leads, and other metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in the telecommunications sector, with a focus on major accounts.
  • Experience with telecom and IT products.
  • Experience serving accounts through in-person direct sales.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key executives within client organizations.
  • Basic knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Basic English proficiency preferred.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
