About the role

  • Execute technical and content SEO strategies in collaboration with the team;
  • Support other areas by promoting the integration of SEO best practices into content and digital products;
  • Conduct performance analyses and implement technical improvements;
  • Produce reports and dashboards presenting the results achieved;
  • Contribute to client relationships, aligning deliverables with business needs.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace – especially document formatting, presentations, and complex spreadsheet formulas;
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console;
  • Ability to structure and execute SEO action plans autonomously, with a focus on performance and scalability;
  • Team player with ease in delegating tasks, aligning expectations, and collaborating across teams;
  • Organized with strong time-management skills and attention to structuring files and documents;
  • Proactive, continuously pursuing self-development and sharing learnings with the team;
  • Clear and assertive communication in day-to-day work;
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript and PHP;
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio;
  • Familiarity with complementary areas such as CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), Content, Social Media, CRM, and Paid Media.
