About the role

  • Central part of our sales process
  • Telephone outreach to potential new customers (B2B cold calling)
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality, committed consultation appointments
  • Maintaining and updating our CRM system
  • Following up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
  • Supporting the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
  • Feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition
  • Enjoy making calls, structured and goal-oriented, personable and reliable
  • High level of self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Preferably working remotely; reliable and able to work independently
  • Confident command of German, spoken and written — clear/neutral on the phone and error-free in writing
  • Ideally, an understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
