About the role
- Central part of our sales process
- Telephone outreach to potential new customers (B2B cold calling)
- Qualifying leads and scheduling high-quality, committed consultation appointments
- Maintaining and updating our CRM system
- Following up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
- Supporting the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
- Feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition
- Enjoy making calls, structured and goal-oriented, personable and reliable
- High level of self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Preferably working remotely; reliable and able to work independently
- Confident command of German, spoken and written — clear/neutral on the phone and error-free in writing
- Ideally, an understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
