About the role
- Initiate telephone contact with prospective new customers (B2B cold calling)
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality, binding consultation appointments
- Maintain and update our CRM system
- Follow up on proposals and conversations (follow-ups, relationship building)
- Support planning and execution of lead generation campaigns
- Provide feedback loops with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach
Requirements
- Several years of experience in sales, telephone marketing, or customer acquisition
- Enjoy making calls; structured and goal-oriented while being personable and reliable
- High degree of self-motivation and sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Comfortable working remotely; reliable and able to work independently
- Excellent command of German, spoken and written — accent-free on the phone and error-free in writing
- Ideally, understanding of marketing, digital business models, or agency processes
