About the role

  • Expectation to not just flawlessly execute client or teammates’ ideas, but also be a part of the initial creative process and drive the high level strategy behind our design decisions
  • Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Balancing multiple design tasks at a time
  • Work alongside marketing teams to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
  • Collaborate with marketing to iterate on the design and implementation of campaign build outs
  • Research on new solutions and offerings
  • Deep familiarity producing assets for digital distribution including static and motion graphics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of agency experience or the like
  • A broad portfolio of work, covering social/communications and especially digital ad design with motion
  • Strong conceptual thinking
  • Intimate knowledge of industry tools
  • Familiarity with and interest in emerging AI tools
  • Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
  • Great communication skills
  • Takes criticism very well
  • Deep understanding of current trends.
