• Build, launch, and optimize email marketing campaigns—from template setup and testing to deployment, tracking, and reporting
• Develop audience segmentation using demographic, firmographic, and behavioral data such as email engagement and website activity
• Design and optimize lead nurturing and customer journey workflows to improve engagement and conversion
• Monitor list health and deliverability, reducing list decay and unsubscribes while improving campaign performance
• Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to uncover insights and improve campaign effectiveness
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns
• Support localization and regional execution of email marketing programs
