About the role
- Engaging and building strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
- Representing and communicating our company vision to the market
- Expanding your network and generating new leads across your territory
- Visiting existing customer hospitals to grow the product portfolio at those sites
- Onboarding new customers, supporting them in adopting our innovations, and managing accounts long-term to drive business development
- Developing creative mid- and long-term sales strategies aligned with Mint Medical’s corporate goals
- Collecting accurate forecasts and relevant data to support budget planning
- Maintaining a complete and consistent customer database for your assigned region
- Attending national and international meetings and symposia to represent Mint Medical
Requirements
- A BA/BS degree and/or experience in sales or account management (preferably in software sales)
- Strong presentation skills
- A high level of enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- A deep sense of commitment and initiative
- A personable, engaging demeanor
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe (approx. 60%)
