• Engaging and building strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
• Representing and communicating our company vision to the market
• Expanding your network and generating new leads across your territory
• Visiting existing customer hospitals to grow the product portfolio at those sites
• Onboarding new customers, supporting them in adopting our innovations, and managing accounts long-term to drive business development
• Developing creative mid- and long-term sales strategies aligned with Mint Medical’s corporate goals
• Collecting accurate forecasts and relevant data to support budget planning
• Maintaining a complete and consistent customer database for your assigned region
• Attending national and international meetings and symposia to represent Mint Medical

• Build and maintain trusted, successful relationships with customers and partners and advise on selecting optimal solutions
• Maintain the customer network through regular on-site visits and active participation in workshops and conferences
• Work closely with colleagues from Customer Consulting, Product Management, and regional teams
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to after-sales, ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Responsible for tender management, including creating and managing proposals, analysing and evaluating tenders, coordinating multiple departments, deadline management, and client communication
• Represent Brainlab with a professional and innovative presence to customers, competitors, and internal stakeholders
