About the role
- Build and maintain trusted, successful relationships with customers and partners and advise on selecting optimal solutions
- Maintain the customer network through regular on-site visits and active participation in workshops and conferences
- Work closely with colleagues from Customer Consulting, Product Management, and regional teams
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to after-sales, ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Responsible for tender management, including creating and managing proposals, analysing and evaluating tenders, coordinating multiple departments, deadline management, and client communication
- Represent Brainlab with a professional and innovative presence to customers, competitors, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or IT
- Entrepreneurial mindset, independent and structured working style, and strong customer focus
- Experience in sales of capital equipment
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Interest in healthcare, medical technology, and innovation
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong presentation skills
- German at native-speaker level and fluent English
